You can order a custom gift basket by filling out our Custom Basket Form on the Contact Us page. Tell us about your preferences, budget, and occasion, and we'll create something special for you!
Our pickup hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM. We're located in Penticton, BC. Please place your order at least 48 hours in advance for custom baskets.
Yes! We offer local delivery within Penticton and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary based on distance. Contact us for specific delivery rates to your location.
Absolutely! We work with businesses and corporate clients. Please fill out our Wholesale Inquiry Form to discuss minimum order quantities, pricing, and custom options for your business needs.
Because many of our orders are custom-made, we cannot accept returns on completed custom baskets. If there's an issue, contact us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to make it right.
